When will my preordered item ship?

Preordered products, like some pajama sets, have a processing time (not including shipping time) of 5-6 weeks. Please note that the timeline may change depending on demand.

You will receive a tracking number via email once it ships.

When will the satin shorts sets be restocked?

The officially licensed Maasiverse Satin Shorts Pajama Sets will restock with limited inventory in 2025!

Can I exchange my product for a different size?

Liv Co does not accept returns/exchanges for apparel or any other product.

Can I cancel my order?

You're able to cancel your own order within 3 days of your purchase date by going to the order status page! If you have any issues, just reach out to me via email hellolivco@gmail.com

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, and you need to change your shipping address, please send me an email with your order #, name and new shipping address and I will update it manually.

Can I mix and match sizes for pajama sets?

Pajamas come as a set, but size charts are available for reference. Please be sure to take your measurements in order to make an informed decision on the fit.

Do the satin pajama sets have any stretch?

There is an elastic waistband with a functional drawstring for the bottoms, however the satin material does not provide any stretch.

Will you reopen preorders for the polyester pajama pants sets?

Polyester pajama sets will be available for preorder again in 2025!

Will you do more designs for the pajama sets?

I am currently working on new designs and hope to release them sometime this year in 2025!

Do you carry inclusive sizing?

Of course! Pajama sets (and most other products in the shop) range in size from XS-4X and sometimes 5X!

Do you ship to my country?

I received a letter/email informing me to pay customs duties. What do I do?

If you are an international buyer, depending on your country's tax and customs duties laws and how much the goods you purchased are worth, you may be required to pay a customs fee upon delivery of your package. Usually customs will hold onto your parcel for 3 weeks before sending it back to me, so please be advised.

I own a small business and would love to purchase pajama sets at wholesale prices. How can I do that?
