Shipping policy

I have ensured that you receive the best shipping rates possible. All orders have an estimated arrival time of 3-7 days if you reside in the United States. Free US shipping on orders $200 and over! International customers may be required to pay Customs Duties fees upon package arrival.

Liv Co is proud to now offer worldwide shipping! Please note that the carriers set these shipping rates based on weight.

To cancel your order, go to your confirmation email and click "View your order." You'll then be taken to your order status page where you'll be able to cancel the order within 3 days of placing it. If you would like to cancel your order/get a refund, you must reach out within 3 days of your purchase date to be eligible. This is because all orders are custom or bulk ordered from a print supplier and/or manufacturer. 

Concerning missing or stolen packages, I highly suggest adding shipping insurance, especially if you are an international buyer and/or concerned about the carrier losing or damaging your package. Please note that as a small business owner, once items are shipped I am no longer responsible for your package(s).
