Refund policy

Liv Co does not accept returns unless there is something physically wrong with your order. If there is something wrong with your order, please send me an email within 15 days of your received date and I'll be happy to sort out any issues!

**Kindle cases may be exchanged if they are unused and still in the original plastic packaging. You must file a claim within 5 days of your received date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees as well as the new shipping label that will be printed to send the exchange case out. Use this link to start your return.

If you would like to cancel your order/get a refund, you must reach out within 3 days of your purchase date to be eligible. This is because all orders are custom or bulk ordered from a print supplier and/or manufacturer. To cancel your order, go to your confirmation email and click "View your order." You'll then be taken to your order status page where you'll be able to cancel the order within 3 days of placing it. Any issues may be resolved on a case by case basis, please reach out via email.

Concerning missing or stolen packages, I highly suggest adding shipping insurance, especially if you are an international buyer and/or concerned about the carrier losing or damaging your package. Please note that as a small business owner, once items are shipped I am no longer responsible for your package(s).
