SHIPPING:

I have ensured that you receive the best shipping rates possible. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with an estimated arrival time of 3-7 days if you reside in the United States.

Liv Co is proud to now offer worldwide shipping! Please note that USPS & UPS set these shipping rates based on weight.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Liv Co does not accept exchanges or returns in any way unless there is something physically wrong with your order. If there is something wrong with your order, please send me an email within 15 days of your received date and I'll be happy to sort out any issues!

Concerning lost or stolen packages, please reach out with an email and issues can be resolved on a case by case basis, but I highly suggest adding shipping insurance, especially if you are an international buyer and/or concerned about the carrier losing or damaging your package.

Please note that as a small business, once items are shipped I am no longer responsible for your package(s).

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Liv Co does not accept cancellations past 3 days once the order has been placed. This is because all orders are custom and/or bulk ordered specific to size from a print supplier. Once the product(s) are en route to me, I cannot change the order.
